Products

Natural pumice, graded for the job.

Everything we sell is 100% natural airfall pumice, with nothing added during mining. The difference between products is gradation: how fine or coarse the material is screened and milled.

The range

From fine powder to coarse aggregate.

Pumice earns its keep through its physical properties: lightweight, porous, and hard. The right gradation is what puts those properties to work. Our line runs from fine-grained material, like the pozzolan blended into cement and concrete, up to coarse lightweight aggregate used in concrete block and manufactured stone veneer.

In between sit the grades our customers use for abrasives, fillers, cleaners, paints, coatings, metal finishing, silicone rubber, plastics, filtration, water treatment, and horticulture.

One deposit, one material — screened to the specification your application calls for.

The grades

The standard gradations.

Six standard cuts, from 1″ × 3/8″ aggregate down to 1/4″ minus fines. If your process calls for a different cut, we screen to order.

Custom gradations

Built to your specification.

If a standard grade doesn't fit your process, we'll work to one that does. Our onsite testing laboratory lets us develop custom gradations against a customer's specification and verify them before material ships, without compromising the standards the rest of the line is held to.

  • Consistent quality gradation across the full product line
  • Custom gradations developed to customer requirements
  • Verified onsite before shipment
